Although we believe here at Joshua James we already offer the most competitive prices online if you do find the same item elsewhere cheaper then we will be more than happy to beat the price by a minimum of 5%.

• The style of the ring (if possible email us the link to the site)
• The metal of the ring
• The price
• Your ring size

As we offer free shipping the price that you email us must include any additional shipping charges the website adds on to the price at checkout.

We will aim to email you back within 2 hours (between normal working hours) with our best price, if you would like to proceed with the purchase then all you need to do is reply to our email and we will send you a voucher code to use at check out to discount the item to the agreed price.

Please note all price matching is at the discretion of Joshua James Wedding Rings and will not apply if the item is: on offer, on an auction website, supplied by a wholesaler or a private sale.

Delivery timescales are stated on each individual item on the site, however if you do need your item quicker than stated please email us at delivery@joshuajamesjewellery.co.uk and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

All of our items are sent by Royal Mail special delivery free of charge and are fully insured, they will arrive by 1pm the next working day after you have received your dispatch email. If you require delivery on a specific day as you will not be into sign for your item this again can be arranged by emailing delivery@joshuajamesjewellery.co.uk.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 21-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This returns policy applies to customers in UK irrespective of your geographical location. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a) we receive the returned product within 21 days following the date of your receipt of the product;
(b)the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.

Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must: Email us at returns@joshuajamesjewellery.co.uk informing us of your return and the reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. We will not be responsible for any items not reaching us. If Items are returned due to them been received damaged or if an incorrect item has been sent we will refund your returns postage.

Exclusions
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
(a) pierced products including earrings or body jewellery;
(b) any product made to your specification including bespoke items;
(c) any product made to order;
(d) gift vouchers;
(e) any items that have been engraved to your personal specification.

Refunds
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us, expect for reasons set out in part 3. We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we received your returned product.

Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
